BoyarMiller Announces Two Management Promotions

HOUSTON (January 26, 2023) – BoyarMiller announces two promotions to its management team. Josie Morgan has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer and Drew Carpenter advances to Marketing Manager.

Morgan oversees daily administrative operations, is responsible for managing the firm’s processes and procedures, as well as aligning behaviors with its mission and values to reach strategic goals. She joined BoyarMiller in 2017 as director of marketing and is an experienced business development leader in professional services and the legal industry. She has been recognized by the Houston Business Journal for her career achievement and leadership abilities.

She is responsible for the firm’s digital presence including its website, social media, podcast, as well as client events. She has more than a decade of experience in legal marketing and business development.
