BoyarMiller Litigator Whitney Brieck Elected Fellow by Texas Bar Foundation

HOUSTON – Whitney N. Brieck, an associate in the Litigation Group of BoyarMiller, has been elected to membership in the Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation. Each year, the top one-third of one percent of Texas attorneys are invited to become Fellows of the foundation.

Fellows are selected for their outstanding professional achievements and their demonstrated commitment to the improvement of the justice system throughout the state of Texas. According to the Texas Bar Foundation, election as a Fellow is a mark of distinction and recognition of Brieck’s contributions to the legal profession.

“I am honored to be elected into the largest charitably funded bar foundation in the country,” said Brieck.

The Texas Bar Foundation funds projects throughout Texas that further legal services for the underserved, public education, ethics and professionalism in the legal profession, and victim services.

Brieck joined BoyarMiller in 2015. She is a successful civil trial and appellate lawyer who has counseled commercial clients in a variety of disputes.
