HOUSTON (January 7, 2019) – BoyarMiller, a Houston business and litigation law firm, has named Andrew Pearce chair of the firm’s Litigation Group. Pearce has been a shareholder with the firm since 2015 and focuses his practice on general commercial litigation and employment disputes. As the firm continues to expand, Andrew will provide the litigation group with associate mentorship, will assure we provide consistent service to our clients, and will work with Chairman Chris Hanslik to guide the group’s strategic long-term growth. Pearce also sits on the firm’s executive committee.
“Andrew is an exceptional mentor to our young lawyers as well as an outstanding counselor to our clients,” said Hanslik. “I look forward to working with him as we continue the strategic growth of our Litigation Group.”
Pearce represents individuals and businesses in all types of commercial and employment litigation. His approach to litigation is to identify possibilities and provide clients with options so they are fully informed to evaluate decisions that need to be made throughout the litigation process.
He joined BoyarMiller in 2007 after clerking at the firm while attending South Texas College of Law.
