BoyarMiller Names Steve Kesten Business Group Chair
HOUSTON (Feb. 26, 2015) – BoyarMiller, a Houston business and litigation law firm, has named Steve D. Kesten chair of the firm’s business group. Kesten has been a shareholder in the firm since 2002 and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, private equity, finance and general corporate law.

Kesten also holds leadership positions with two prestigious organizations. Kesten is also on the board of the Houston Chapter of The Entrepreneurship Institute where he is a frequent speaker and panel moderator.
