BoyarMiller Secures Financing for Pontikes Development’s New Port 10 Logistics Center near Port Houston in Baytown
HOUSTON (Dec. 1, 2017) – Houston-based Pontikes Development will soon break ground on a three million-square-foot speculative warehouse and distribution park near Port Houston. BoyarMiller represented Pontikes in securing more than $32 million in financing for the transaction.
“We were very excited to assist Pontikes in this important deal that will deliver such a world-class, modern distribution center to the Houston region,” said BoyarMiller Shareholder Blake Royal.
The project will be built in phases, with the first one slated for delivery in the third quarter of 2018.
Named Port 10 Logistics Center, the industrial development will be situated on 246 acres at the southeast corner of Thompson Road and Interstate 10 in Baytown. It will have access to Class 1 rail service, port access and proximity to several chemical processing plants and refineries in the area.
As strategic business partners to clients, BoyarMiller works to secure all types of corporate financing and develop the capital structure needed to increase the value of their business.
