Houston Business Journal Names BoyarMiller Chairman One of Houston’s “Most Admired CEOs”
HOUSTON (July 1, 2021) — BoyarMiller is pleased to announce that Chairman Chris Hanslik has been recognized as one of Houston’s 2021 “Most Admired CEOs” by the Houston Business Journal.
In its fourth year, the award honors for-profit and nonprofit CEOs across multiple industries. Honorees were selected by a panel of judges based on contribution to company success, civic involvement, and career achievement.
Founding Shareholder Bill Boyar described Hanslik’s achievements over the last ten years. “Chris’s unwavering commitment to BoyarMiller’s mission and values has led to strong, steady and stable growth. During his tenure as Chairman, the firm has received numerous awards and recognitions including being named a Houston Business Journal ‘Best Place to Work.’ Finally, Chris’s masterful leadership through the COVID-19 pandemic preserved the community, culture, and business of the firm.”
Said Hanslik, “I am honored to be named one of Houston’s ‘Most Admired CEOs.’ I am humbled by the trust that my BoyarMiller colleagues have placed in me as their leader, and grateful for the opportunity to guide our firm toward the future, serving employees, clients, and the community, over the last 10 years. Of course, there have been challenges along the way, but I am proud of the way our firm has embraced our purpose and values to work through them.”
Hanslik and the other CEOs will be celebrated during a live broadcast of the Most Admired CEO Awards on August 19, then in a special publication in the August 20th edition of the Houston Business Journal.
