Helena Oliver

Helena Oliver assists clients in a range of corporate transactions and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions. She works closely with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, advising on legal and practical considerations to help clients achieve their strategic objectives.

Helena received her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston, where she served on the South Texas Law Review’s Executive Board as Development Editor. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked in development and fundraising for Performing Arts Houston in the Theater District, where her efforts led to a significant increase in individual contributions and support to the organization.

Before her nonprofit career, Helena trained in ballet and earned her degree in Dance from Butler University in Indianapolis. Her background in dance cultivated the discipline, precision, and attention to detail that she brings to her legal practice.

A Houston native, Helena is committed to serving clients and contributing to the business community in her hometown. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, cross-stitching, and reading a variety of genres, but particularly historical fiction.
