Joe Magro serves as Of Counsel in BoyarMiller’s Corporate M&A Group representing buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions of businesses and assets. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate governance. His experience includes representing privately held and publicly traded companies as well as private equity funds in business and asset acquisitions, dispositions, and other strategic transactions.

With a background that also includes advising general counsel, Joe brings a comprehensive, business-minded yet practical approach to his corporate M&A practice. His experience managing diligence processes across a range of deal structures helps provide thorough investigation and identification of potential risks and opportunities. And his experience developing and negotiating transactional documents including merger and acquisition, stock purchase, asset transfer, and limited liability agreements and corporate governance documents enables the effective structuring and protection of clients’ interests.
