Board certified in labor and employment law, Mike Rose represents employers in a wide range of workplace disputes. His practice spans litigation involving federal and state statutory claims, such as those arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, the FMLA, and OSHA, as well as matters involving wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets.
Mike offers extensive experience managing single-plaintiff cases, multi-plaintiff collective and class actions, agency matters, and arbitrations. He works with clients across diverse industries, including energy, manufacturing, oilfield services, construction, legal services, retail distribution, real estate, and steel fabrication. Furthermore, he represents both plaintiffs and defendants in restrictive covenant and noncompete matters across Texas. Mike also regularly advises executives on negotiating employment and separation agreements.
