BoyarMiller Leads Sale of Redi Carpet to Home Depot Subsidiary

HOUSTON (September 25, 2023) – BoyarMiller is proud to announce the successful sale of its client, Redi Carpet, a leading national provider of turnkey flooring solutions in the multifamily industry, to HD Supply, a subsidiary of Home Depot.

The deal was carried out with an all-cash consideration and the product of an unsolicited offer to purchase. As one of the largest valued M&A deals handled by BoyarMiller, the transaction underscores the mutual trust and commitment that the firm has shared with Redi Carpet as a client for more than 18 years.

The BoyarMiller team was led by Shareholder Bill Boyar and included Shareholders Gus Bourgeois, Blake D. Royal, John Ransom, Senior Associate Taylor Gaver, and Associates Rebecca Bombard and Jet A. McGuire. Their combined efforts ensured a successful outcome in an intricate sale involving the representation of 8 sellers holding equity in more than 20 legal entities.
