BoyarMiller presented an interactive workshop on the legal and ethical considerations in the employment life cycle from pre-employment through post-termination. Screening applicants, monitoring policies, remote work considerations, and access to social media during and post-employment can create ethical questions and legal ramifications for every company. The panel addressed common concerns during the many stages of employment and reviewed best practices for internal policies and procedures.
