Amtel is a leading T-Mobile Premium Retailer with 152 locations in seven states, including Texas. BoyarMiller recently provided legal counsel to Houston-based Amtel Partners in its acquisition of Amtel, LLC.
Amtel Partners is led by wireless retail industry veterans, including CEO Andy Priest and President Jeff Bookout. This company works to ensure that their employees deliver excellent customer service and lead the T-Mobile system operational performance standard.
The BoyarMiller legal team was led by Bill Boyar.

The transaction was financed through a $56 million senior credit facility provided by Amegy Bank, Woodforest National Bank, and Bank of Texas. GulfStar Group served as the financing and structuring advisor to Amtel Partners in the debt placement.
