Real Estate Attorney Claire Fernandez Bahney Joins BoyarMiller

HOUSTON (August 10, 2023) – BoyarMiller announces that Claire Fernandez Bahney has joined the firm’s Real Estate Group as Of Counsel.

With over a decade of vast and versatile experience, Claire’s practice will continue to be primarily focused on representing commercial real estate developers, private equity investors, REITs, borrowers, and institutional lenders.

Claire’s comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions and her acumen in law make her a valuable addition to the firm. Her experience lies in navigating various classes of real estate projects, including office, retail, multifamily, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. She brings experiences from prior international law firms as well as client-side in-house counsel knowledge to her practice.
