BoyarMiller Closes Global Acquisition for Client Delmar Systems

HOUSTON (June 17, 2021) – BoyarMiller client Delmar Systems, Inc., the world’s leading developer of safe and efficient offshore mooring systems for the energy industry, has acquired Vryhof, a provider of anchoring and mooring solutions. The acquisition included both divisions of Vryhof – Deep Sea Mooring and Vryhof Anchors. The combined company, with its global footprint and enhanced asset portfolio, will continue as Delmar Systems and as Vryhof.
BoyarMiller represented Delmar in the complex transaction that involved conducting due diligence and managing negotiations with subsidiaries and legal counsel located on five continents.
