Firm Growth Leads to Creation of Dedicated Real Estate Group at BoyarMiller

HOUSTON (April 5, 2022) – BoyarMiller announces that client growth and strong market activity have led the firm to divide its former business group into two dedicated practice areas: real estate, and corporate mergers and acquisitions. The firm also has a commercial litigation group.

“Given the growth of both practice areas formerly contained in the business group, the time was right to create separate, dedicated groups for real estate, and corporate mergers and acquisitions,” according to Firm Chairman Chris Hanslik. “While we are now comprised of three practice groups, we have always had a team approach to our client service to deliver fully integrated legal services, including representation from our litigation group, to address the business challenges that impact our clients.” added Hanslik.
