BoyarMiller Closes Acquisition of NextLevel Internet on Behalf of Digerati

HOUSTON (February 9, 2022) – BoyarMiller is pleased to announce the acquisition of San Diego-based NextLevel Internet, Inc. by T3 Communications, Inc., a subsidiary of Digerati Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: DTGI). Through this stock purchase, BoyarMiller clients Digerati and T3 acquired a leading provider of voice, data, and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) to the small and medium-sized business (SMB) market.
The acquisition of NextLevel expands Digerati’s growing nationwide footprint and adds a strong West Coast presence with nearly 1,000 SMB clients in California. On a consolidated basis, and as a result of this acquisition, Digerati’s operating subsidiaries will now serve over 4,000 business customers and approximately 45,000 users.
“This acquisition is the largest acquisition by Digerati to date and supports Digerati’s goal of uplisting on the Nasdaq Stock Market,” said BoyarMiller Business Group Shareholder Larry Wilson. “It is a rare privilege to have the opportunity to work with Art Smith and his management team.”
