HOUSTON (Jan. 4, 2021) – BoyarMiller announces the election of two senior associates – Christopher Burt and Lyndsay Fincher – to shareholders of the firm effective January 1, 2021.

“I know these two attorneys well from their long tenure with the firm,” said firm Chairman Chris Hanslik. “I have seen first-hand the contributions they have made to advance our clients’ business goals, and I have also appreciated the ways they show their commitment to our mission and values in their service to the firm and our community. It brings me great joy to add them into our shareholder ranks.”

Christopher Burt joined BoyarMiller in 2019 through the firm’s acquisition of Young, Graves & Burt. His practice focuses on probate, wills, estate, and trust litigation.

Lyndsay Fincher joined the firm’s Business Group in 2012. She represents clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial real estate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raises, corporate formation and restructuring, and acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of real estate.
