Amy Holmes has nearly two decades of broad-based legal experience, including as General Counsel for businesses in the energy and infrastructure industries. Amy has an established record of advising and leading privately held and private equity portfolio companies through major M&A transactions, including ownership exits ranging from $10M to $2B.

Having spent more than a decade as both corporate counsel and a member of management teams, she brings a unique insight to her clients. Amy has extensive experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, advising on risk management, dispute resolution, governance, human resources and financial matters, as well as compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulatory regimes.

Amy began her career at a leading global law firm and joined BoyarMiller with a focus on delivering efficient, strategic, and practical solutions to meet her business clients’ needs.

Experience representing various oilfield services companies in the negotiation and drafting of Master Services Agreements

Represented substation construction company Station Electric in the sale of its business to KV Power.

Represented owners of an IT services company in their sale to a private equity firm.

Assisted Direct Scaffolding Supply and its affiliated companies in a sales transaction with private investment firm Highlander Partners, L.P.

Represented Joule in the sale of its business to Plug Power for a total consideration of up to $160 million.
