Zane Aubert is a member of BoyarMiller’s Litigation Group and has experience in all stages of litigation. Before joining the firm, Zane worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Nancy K. Johnson of the Southern District of Texas. He is a zealous researcher and legal writer, and takes pride in preparing comprehensive documentation to facilitate successful case outcomes.

A member of BoyarMiller’s Litigation Group, Zane Aubert has experience at every stage of litigation, from filing lawsuits through appeals. Zane also gained invaluable insight from the other side of the bench while working as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Nancy K. Johnson of the Southern District of Texas.
Zane is skilled in conducting in-depth research and preparing documentation. He leverages in-depth knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal regulations and case law to deliver actionable recommendations and guidance on next steps throughout the litigation process.
Zane graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, and minors in mathematics and finance. He earned his law degree from The University of Houston Law Center, cum laude. During law school, Zane served as the Publications and Marketing Editor of the Houston Law Review.
