Adebola Akisanya's practice consists of representing domestic and foreign entities and individuals in a broad range of corporate matters, including complex merger and acquisition transactions, corporate formation and restructuring, corporate governance, real estate transactions, contract negotiation and other general business matters. He is relentlessly dedicated to providing strategic legal guidance to ensure that his clients reach their most desired outcome.
Adebola brings a breadth of international law experience to the firm, including private equity transactions and the advisement of multinational companies on the formation and capitalization structure of local entities for their regional operations. Prior to joining BoyarMiller he worked in Nigeria, both in-house and at an international law firm, bolstering his practice to seamlessly execute projects trans-nationally. He also has robust experience in: drafting and negotiating purchase and sale, share subscription and financing agreements as part of acquisition, divestment and joint venture dealings.
