Travis L. Johnson

Travis L. Johnson graduated magna cum laude from Baylor University where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He then attended Baylor Law School where he earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence, cum laude, and was a member of Baylor Law School's Order of the Barristers. His practice includes a broad range of general business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, assisting with complex corporate organizations, drafting general contracts, and general corporate work.

Before joining BoyarMiller, Travis served as a judicial intern for Honorable Andrew S. Hanen of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Travis is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas, and is a member of the State Bar of Texas in the Business Law Section, the Houston Bar Association in the Mergers and Acquisitions Section, and the Houston Young Lawyers Association.
