Adebola Akisanya’s practice consists of representing domestic and foreign entities and individuals in a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including complex mergers and acquisition transactions, joint venture dealings, corporate formation and restructuring, corporate governance, contract negotiation and the advisement of multinational companies on the formation and capitalization structure of local entities for their operations in new jurisdictions. He is relentlessly dedicated to providing strategic legal guidance to ensure that his clients reach their most desired outcome.
Adebola’s approach to legal practice is highly collaborative, not just with his BoyarMiller colleagues but also with opposing parties and their respective legal counsel and advisors as well. This often leads to streamlined outcomes on tough transaction points, very satisfied clients, and an expanded network of referral sources.
Adebola brings a breadth of international law experience to the firm. Prior to joining BoyarMiller he worked in Nigeria, both in-house and at an international law firm, bolstering his practice to seamlessly execute projects trans-nationally, and he particularly enjoys advisement of multinational companies on the formation and capitalization structure of local entities for their regional operations.
Outside of work, Adebola is a seasoned drummer and the world’s most dedicated Arsenal fan.
