Molly Hust joined BoyarMiller’s Litigation Group in August 2015 after participating in the firm’s Summer Clerkship Program in 2014. Molly’s practice is primarily focused on serving clients in a wide range of complex commercial and employment law disputes.
While attending South Texas College of Law Houston, Molly was a proud member of the Board of Advocates where she served as an officer. She represented South Texas in the Products Liability Moot Court Competition in Cincinnati, the National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition in San Diego, and the National Cultural Heritage Moot Court Competition in Chicago. She was honored to serve as President of the Christian Legal Society. She also interned for Justice Harvey Brown in the First Court of Appeals, and the Honorable Lynn N. Hughes in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Molly’s goals are to consistently embody BoyarMiller’s core values, provide counsel beyond expectations, and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
