Zach Kleiman is a member of BoyarMiller’s Litigation Group. Zach assists clients in all stages of litigation including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, responding to discovery and evidentiary motions, negotiating settlements for mediation, and arguing motions for summary judgment. He has received favorable rulings as first chair in multiple bench trials.

Zach Kleiman is a member of BoyarMiller’s Litigation Group. Zach assists clients in all stages of litigation including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, responding to discovery and evidentiary motions, negotiating settlements for mediation, and arguing motions for summary judgment. He has received favorable rulings as first chair in multiple bench trials.
Zach attended Southern Methodist University (SMU) Dedman School of Law in Dallas, where he graduated with Cum Laude in May 2017. During his time as SMU, he was the International Law Review Association Associate Managing Editor, a finalist for the Quill and Torch Award, and a published writer for The Law and Business Review of the Americas: The Long, Not-So Pacific Struggle for the Coast: A Border Dispute Between Chile and Bolivia.
Prior to attending law school, Zach attended the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, where he received a degree in business administration. He took part in the Clarke County Mentor Program, which provided him the opportunity to mentor elementary school students. During law school, Zach worked for the SMU Athletics Compliance Office, providing him the opportunity to meld two of his passions: sports and law. His focus was to interpret and apply NCAA Bylaws and draft appeals to the NCAA Infractions Committee.
