Nico’s practice focuses on representation of clients in complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and capital raises. He assists in all elements of corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, debt financing, and venture capital.
He has previous experience representing a diverse clientele in corporate transactions across various sectors, including oil and gas, technology, and consumer goods. His early legal career was marked by significant involvement in capital markets transactions, including registered and exempt equity and debt offerings.
Nico is a published author, with articles on sustainable finance appearing in notable publications such as Law360.com and firm-specific legal primers. Beyond his professional endeavors, Nico has a passion for music, collectibles, tennis, mountain sports, and camping.
